All you have to do is:

1. Wash your hands and tattoo with a mild unscented soap.
2. Pat your tattoo dry with a disposable paper towel. 
3. Gently apply a thin layer of Bright Tattoo Lotion. 
4. Reapply about 1-2 times per day. 
5. After healed be sure to apply sunscreen to tattoos if exposed to sun rays for a prolonged period.
